Totem Energy Reading for the Current Full SuperMoon and Phase
Well today's energy reading for our current moon phase is a bit intense that is forsure. We have our Full moon in Aries (10/15/2016 - 10/17/2016) rising at 12:23am EST or 9:23pm PST on 10/15/2016. We also have two Animal Spirit Guides for this time. The Snake and the Spider, The Snake is here for the duration of Aries while in the moon, while the Spider is here for the Full Moon.
We will first start off with our amazing moon. As she turns full it is not only a full moon but this is also when she is at her closest position to the earth, known as a SuperMoon or a Perigee-syzygy moon. This is also when the Moon is at its fastest movement of changing degrees in a 24 hour period. Traditionally in astrology these held no merit but as we have evolved and advanced with in our society we are seeing the effects this can have in our lives. When the Moon is in Perigee it creates an interesting energy, moving very fast and very intense.
When a Moon is full we always look at it as a sign of completion, a sense of fruition of all of our projects. It is also a time to reflect upon the past lunar cycle and see those things coming to an end. This is also a time of cleansing in general for as the Moon begins its waning phase it is a wonderful time to clear and cleans your body and soul. Also while the Moon is full this can aid in spiritual development and communications.
With that said we have a few things that really up the Power of the full moon. With the Moon in Aries it is an intense time to begin with, but when the Moon dances with Aries in the sky while she is in Perigee they do not dance a Waltz, but more of a Wild Tribal Dance. A dance so Chaotic, Vigorous and Powerful it can shake your Soul to its very Core and Ignite a fire that can burn as bright as the sun if you would only allow it. This also brings a very Spontaneous and Euphoric energy with it, but of the flip side it can bring a very Belligerent, Inappropriate and Impulsive energy.
When Aries has this much energy behind him he tends to bring out a person's true nature, teaching us the lesson of the shadow self. During this time Aries can assist you with starting and creating new projects and experiences in your life. He can also help you with healing from your past, but remember Aries is a fast lived teacher, he will help you burn away those things in life that do not serve your higher purpose, helping to heal old wounds. Aries loves to help people gain a new sense of pride, but a healthy pride, growing a person's self worth, showing them they are worthy of attaining success within their life.
Now for a bit of a kicker to this Super Moon in Aries. Aries is in Conjunction with Eris and Uranus, when these three come into conjunction it can make for some choppy waters.
Eris is just as much of a warrior as Aries, at time she can be seen as his Female reflection in how her energy vibrates. She Seeks honesty, and justice in all things. Eris tends to bring those thing we hide to the forefront of lives, and if not tended to and worked with she will create the situation for to do so, Remember she is a Warrior and she has no problem leaving those who refuse to hear her words behind on the the battlefield of life.
Oh and Uranus the Rebel! When Uranus Joins this interesting battle field as it seems to be, he Shakes things up. He will damn sure you hear his message. He carries a energy of illumination, showing the truth of all things to the world, he may be a radical in his methods, but he means well for his number one concern is your freedom in life. Regardless if your bondage in life comes from another person or by your own doing he is here to help you break those chains.
Now Add all Three together and you have an Explosive moment in life. Aries and Eris the Warriors with Uranus the Rebel, Uranus Stirring up the pot, making a way for Aries and Eris to come in and clean out what is no longer needed in life. Take advantage of this moment, this is a life changing energy flowing towards us. You can work with it or struggle against it. You choose who you are, they will bring all things that do not serve your higher purpose to the forefront of your life, so you have to make the choice of how to deal with it. A warning, now this can be a time of intense negativity for those who chose to struggle against it.

First we will start with GrandMother Spider, for she is only here for the full moon. Grandmother Spider had a mythos in every culture around the world. But what resonates with the current SuperMoon Phase is that of the weavers of time and space, the weavers of Fate. Grandmother Spider reminds us not all paths are the same. One can not take the same path to their fate and another, Just as all webs that are woven are different. Every web a spider weaves is a unique piece of art, and every type of spider weaves a different style of web. Some weave the energy of the sacred spiral, while others have become masters of weaving chaos, taking what we see as chaos and creating order, for what we see as a chaotic design is actually a meticulously plotted masterpiece of architecture and engineering. She shows us our uniqueness, and reminds us that we are the architects of our reality.
GrandMother Spider in my view is the creator of the vision board that so many love to use today. GrandMother Spider does not write her goals and dreams in a journal, she puts them out for the world to see. For she understands that when a goal or dream is written in a book, then shut and put away we are telling our soul that this goal or dream is of little importance or we feel we are unworthy of attaining it.
She teaches us to get our goals and dreams out of our head, put them out on the walls of our life for the world to see. When we do this we tell our Inner Child, our Higher Self and our subconscious mind that we are worth achieving all that is set out in front of us, not only do you see this, but others over time will start to see your true self worth. Remember you are the Architect of your reality, circumstances can only account for a portion of your reality, she is bringing you the opportunity to take your old web down so you can now weave a new web in life. I suggest you take this opportunity.
Next we have the Snake for the duration of Aries with the Transit of the Moon 10/15/2016 - 10/17/2016. Snake much like Aries is a creature of Fire, and Rebirth. Snake is a very ancient medicine indeed. Every culture around the world has very deep Mythos concerning the snake. Snake is a creature of death and rebirth, he teaches us how to shed that which does not serve our highest purpose, just as he sheds his skin. Humans have become to complacent in life, we tend to accept situation no matter how unhealthy or stagnant they may be as what is normal in one's life. Snake does not shed it skin once in its life, it sheds its skin constantly throughout its life, for snake is always growing. Most Snakes are what we call indeterminate growers, they never stop growing. Mind you not all snakes grow at the same pace, and a snake will grow its fastest until it hits sexual maturity, and then continue to slowly grow for the rest of its life.
We can look at it’s shedding of skin as a benchmark in its growth, for as one grows in life we can not carry around the weight of our past as we move forward into our future. This is something we need to do often in life. When Snake has come to us in this most interesting and intense SuperMoon it speaks very clearly of shedding what no longer serves us. This is not only people but also negative behaviors and thought processes because these are what keep us from growing in life. They are also what keeps those who would help and guide us away.
With the amount of energy that is packed in this SuperMoon Triple Conjunction with the Snake it can create some very intense situations. If one does not embrace the energy and medicine that Snake brings, but rebel against it, you will only increase the negativity and possibly create hostile situations. Causing those who refuse to change and grow to lash out more than normal and become more belligerent than they normally would be. This is not a time where life has a million shades of gray, emotions will tend to run high, and either sides of the spectrum, not in between.
Snake says its your choice how you experience this, for he will not be with us for long and this window of highly charged energy directed at changing one's life will fade away as quickly as it came. But unlike most times where the effects fade away with it, this time the effects will be felt for some time and have deep ramifications within your life.
Take all of this in and watch your world around you, Snake and Spider will create situations for you to learn from. Snakes energies began yesterday on the 14th, and when he struck us, he struck hard. This is a time of change, inner change as well as other change. Those who have the most healing todo during this time will strike out more than normal. Though their words are hurtful and quite cutting to the core, they are in need of much healing. Also those who feel unaccomplished in life may become hostile and quite biting at times when they see those around them growing and changing. Remember to offer them a helping hand so they to can see their web, and see that they have the power to weave it as well.
This is not a time of peaches and cream, but a time of CHANGE!!! The drums that Aries, Spider, Snake and Moon Dance to can be a tribal drumming around a bonfire celebrating life, or war drums you choose….
